Important: The current demo environment is for product flow preview. A production deployment should include stronger security controls such as CSRF protection, secure file storage, audit logs, email verification, rate limiting and role-based permissions connected to the database.

Information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide services, complete verification, maintain records, support users, resolve disputes or meet operational and legal requirements.

Incomplete verification submissions may expire after a defined period, such as 7 days, depending on the platform policy and operational requirements.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information. Users should not upload false, misleading, expired or unauthorized documents.

10. User Rights

Depending on applicable law and platform policy, users may request access to their information, correction of inaccurate information, account review, withdrawal of optional communication consent or support regarding their submitted data.

11. Children and Age Requirement

UNIDA Gateway is intended for users who are 18 years or older. Users below the required age should not create accounts or submit verification documents unless a lawful guardian or authorized representative process is formally supported.
